Join us at the farm with Chefs Dana & Cameron of Joy Rd. Catering and Farm Chef Derek Uhlemann at Covert Farms Family Estate to celebrate Fall Harvest.
This fall on September 12 local food advocates and award winning Chefs Dana & Cameron of Joy Rd. Catering and Farm Chef Derek Uhlemann will create a multi course culinary tribute to organic Fall Harvest. Covert Farms Family Estate wines from past and present will be paired individually with each course. Farmer / Winemaker Gene Covert will talk about growing organic vines and over 60 different crops side by side in the South Okanagan terrior and the challenges of growing in a desert sagebrush environment.
