Join us at the farm with Farm Chef Derek Uhlemann at Covert Farms Family Estate to celebrate the Final Harvest Dinner.
This fall on October 10 Farm Chef Derek Uhlemann will create a multi course culinary tribute to the over 60 organic crops grown at the farm. Covert Farms Family Estate wines from past and present will be paired individually with each course. Farmer / Winemaker Gene Covert will talk about growing organic vines and over 60 different crops side by side in the South Okanagan terrior and the challenges of growing in a desert sagebrush environment.
