Our Tasting room is closed for the 2024 season.  Our wines are available online and to Wineclub members.

Spring Release of 2023 Sauvignon Blanc/Semillon, Pinot Blanc and Rosé coming soon!

Library Wines

Every year we will release a curated selection of our top picks of past vintages for our “Open Wine Vault” event. However, some wines do naturally reach their peak, and will not benefit from further aging. These wines are listed on the chart below as drink now or enjoy for 1-3 years. We thought you’d enjoy the opportunity to buy the remaining allocations any time, so we have made them available here. Enjoy the benefit of what years of patience bring to a wine, without having to wait.

Limited quantities are available.

Library Whites

If you like rich, mouth filling white wines with less acidity, this selection is perfect for you. Still showing balance and acidity, but expressing depth and purity of fruit. We’ve included a few food pairing suggestions with the wines, as these will go well with sumptuous winter dishes. If you love a big round Chardonnay, you’ll love these wines.

Library Reds

Every vintage, Winemaker Gene Covert puts a few cases of every wine produced in our cellar library to later evaluate how those wines are aging. For the first time, we are excited to release a limited amount of some of these outstanding wines for purchase. Covert Operatives receive early access to the sale, as a perk of our wine club.

We have taken the guess work out , and provided a vintage chart to know whether or not that wine will continue to age, or should be drank soon. If you have some of these wines in your cellar, lucky you! You may want to grab a few bottles to try, so you can keep your coveted stash.

Our Grand Reserve red wines display a consistency of structure with vintage variation in nose and palate. Our red blends show a remarkable consistency of flavour, despite vintage variation; a testament to Gene’s winemaking talents.

Verticals

One of the most interesting ways to taste wine is by doing a vertical tasting. We’ve saved some of our Library wines for you to get a few friends together and have some fun this winter in the comfort of your home. What role does the weather, harvest dates and winemaking choices have on a bottle of wine? When you try side by side vintages (vertical tasting), you get the full expression of terroir and the subtle effects of aging in the bottle. Tasting sheet with food pairing suggestions and seasonal reflection from winemaker Gene Covert included.
